A great coach sees potential beyond limits and helps guide athletes toward growth and confidence. Every child deserves encouragement, support, and someone who truly believes in them.

Maricopa Super Elite is looking for dedicated volunteer coaches for our A, B, and Girls divisions in all age groups (see Flag Football page). Coaches play a vital role in creating a positive, structured, and competitive environment where athletes can learn, grow, and thrive.

Coach Expectations:

• Attend and lead scheduled practices and games

• Follow and enforce the NFL Flag Rulebook

• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and player development

Divisions & Age Groups:

• Ages 7–14: Competitive divisions (A Group, B Group, and Girls Division)

• Ages 4–6: Non-competitive division focused on learning fundamentals and having fun
