Youth Flag Football Training Camp
Flag football camps are a great opportunity for student-athletes to improve their skills and learn from new coaches. Kids will learn how to build Defensive, Offensive, Agility, and Conditioning Skills by practicing drills and learning from experienced players and coaches.

Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm

Spots are limited! Once the age group gets full, it will be closed.
There may be certain time brackets splitting up the age groups, but we will let everyone know once we get closer to start date!

Defensive Training
The best football teams do a great job of blocking and pulling flags. Defenses teaches zone work, man on man, how to rush, footwork, etc.
Offensive Training
The duties of the offense teaches kids how to run routes, catch, establish correct position, running, etc.
Agility Training
Agility Training is designed for fast footwork and overall player speed.
Conditioning Training
Conditioning for football should be tailored to the specific requirements of the game - short bursts of explosive activity to give your athletes an advantage on each individual play.
